Proof

What we have actually built, and what it changed.

Five UK engagements, grouped by capability. Every client is anonymised, and every figure carries the baseline it is measured against.

Where this proof comes from

Filed evidence, not a marketing wall.

Every case below is delivery work we did in the UK. It is the track record we are bringing to the UAE.

Clients are anonymised. Figures are the clients' own reported results, converted to US dollars at one rate and rounded.

Cases are grouped by what was built rather than by sector, because what carries across a border is the capability, not the market.

Document and content generation

Work that was slow because a person had to write it from a blank page. We built the drafting into the workflow, with a human approving every output before it leaves the business.

A UK premium kitchenware retailerUK delivery

Product listings that took an hour each

Challenge

Writing a single product listing took 45 to 60 minutes, and the catalogue kept growing faster than the marketing team could write for it.

What we built

A drafting assistant grounded in the retailer's own voice and product data, producing listing copy the team edits and approves rather than writes from scratch.

Outcome

The retailer reports a 94 per cent reduction in the time each listing takes, measured against that 45 to 60 minute baseline, and a material saving every year.

A UK professional services firmUK delivery

Ten hours a week, per person, spent on paperwork

Challenge

Each fee earner lost about 10 hours a week to reports, proposals and file notes. That is capacity the firm was paying for and could not sell.

What we built

Drafting and summarising built into the firm's own document flow, so the first version arrives written and the fee earner reviews and signs it off.

Outcome

The firm reports 10 hours a week returned to each person, which it sizes as capacity for 8 more clients and a substantial sum in potential fee income.

The fee-income figure is a stated potential rather than booked revenue, and is published as a potential.

A UK legal firmUK delivery

Reports and case administration written from a blank page

Challenge

Report writing and case administration started from nothing every time, so the firm could not take on more work without taking on more people.

What we built

Templated drafting over the firm's own precedent material, with every output reviewed and signed off by a solicitor before it leaves the firm.

Outcome

The firm reports faster report writing and less administration. We publish no number for it, for the reason on this card.

This case is carried for the capability rather than for a number. The firm reported large proportional gains, but the record we hold carries no baseline for them, so we do not publish them.

Response and enquiry handling

Work that was lost because nobody answered in time. We built the first response into the system, so an enquiry is picked up whether or not a person is free to pick it up.

A UK lead-capture businessUK delivery

Most enquiries were never answered at all

Challenge

Only 22 per cent of inbound enquiries were getting a reply, and the ones that did get a reply got it late.

What we built

An automated first response on every channel, qualifying the enquiry and handing a warm one to a person with the context already gathered.

Outcome

Every enquiry now gets a reply, up from 22 per cent, with the first response landing inside 90 seconds.

The before and after figures are the client's own measurement of the same enquiry stream.

A UK catering platformUK delivery

Bookings lost to a slow reply

Challenge

Enquiries arrived around the clock and were answered in office hours, so bookings went to whoever replied first, which was rarely this platform.

What we built

An immediate qualified response on every enquiry, day or night, routed to the right team with the details already captured.

Outcome

The platform reports a substantial sum recovered every month in bookings it had been losing to a slow reply.

The monthly figure is published on its own. Annualising it would multiply a rounded number and invent a precision the conversion does not have.
